Not that I would expect more from this joke of a city government.

Do you want more money coming into the city? Then fix this app and make it user friendly so that residents and tourists alike will be more apt to use it. Improving this app to where its actually usable will make it easier for people to utilize more public transportation; people using public transportation like this means less traffic on the roads, less traffic on the roads means more appeal to residents and tourists, more tourists coming into the city means more money for the city, more money coming into the city means better quality of life and public services provided, better quality of life and more/better public services (more improved public transportation) means even more tourists which means even more money. Do you see whats happening here? Please improve this app for the betterment of the city.

Apparently, gps is too complicated a technology go Miami-safe transit to master. This app is frustratingly inaccurate. Ive been sitting at my stop for 37 minutes now, through 3 cycles when the app contend down to a trolley "now arriving". No trolley is yet in sight. I would have walked to my destination had I known the app tracks phantom trolleys

Ive been riding the Miami Trolley for some time and have been waiting for this app for awhile. Im grateful to have this to track when I need to leave my apartment or office to jump on the trolley.

Great app for a frequent trolley user. After a string of inconsistent trolley arrivals this app was a breath of fresh air. However can be even more helpful if the eta are a bit more consistent. They jump from mere minutes to 40 minutes for e.g.

This app has many bugs. Its many times inaccurate or tracks the trolley in the wrong direction. Needs lots of work.. I gave 2 stars for good intentions. But as of now, its a waste of time

After so much time and probably lots of tax payer money spent this app comes out. Its a joke. First, a visual of where trolley is on map is much useful then this. The minutes is an estimate so seeing map is more informative. Second, Omni station has 16 minutes on list but when I tap it it changes to 2 minutes! There goes my trolley! How is that? The reminders doesnt even work. It tells you Trolley is Arriving but its 15 minutes away. That is not a reminder but an alarm clock you have there. Piece of garbage. Using the web version on mobile is better (thats sad)

the scrolling to select a route is confusing. i live right by a trolly and couldnt find a way to see when that one particular trolly arrived. you would think if you clicked "near me" it would show you the nearest trolly but it doesnt. you see nothing but a map. so you have to know the names of routes in order to find which one is near you. seems counter intuitive needs overhaul cmon miami!

This app works well for what I need it to. Set my favorite routes and lets me know when my trolley is coming . Has always been accurate for me . Hope they can keep adding to it and making it better

I tried it today 1st time on the Brickle route. The app showed 9 minutes till the next trolley, JUST AS THE TROLLEY DROVE BY!!! 7/22/14

Took me all afternoon to figure out where the nearest trolley was and where it was going next...but now that I figured it out I think its really helpful!

I currently use a Mini iPad , and tried to download this app and it says not compatible , I hope more improvements come to it .

Im so happy that the city is making an effort to make the app but it needs lots of work. Compared to the county app it leaves a lot to be desired.

If you change everything and put something like the miami metro buses it would be much better!!! Hope you see this

The app is confusing. Hard to see where the stops are. The schedule information is confusing Even the feedback window is not working well. There are so many transportation apps with decent interface. Dont reinvent the wheel, just copy from one

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Very unreliable.

This app does absolutely NOTHING. It doesnt show the base map. The route line is confusing and times are messed up.

This app is he worst. Not updated since 2013?? No wonder map is not showing in app for weeks already! Please fix app issue of the map, we cant see current location or maps of routes of any trolley. Is this where tax money is going?!

The map is nothing but a gray screen that doesnt show a thing. You cannot even locate the stops on a live map. Definitely a wortgless app.

The apps ETAs are very inconsistent and its slow to refresh, which can be misleading and frustrating. App also doesnt provide notices about route changes, which once caused me to wait 45 minutes for a trolley that never passed by the stop. The shoddy Miami Trolley tracker app, combined with a trolley service that is spotty at best, makes for a trolley service that is too unreliable to depend on for daily use.
