Miami Trolley App Reviews

ATTENTION CITY OFFICIALS AND DESIGNERS OF THIS APP: if you really want to decrease traffic congestion, get the city Miami to be one of the top destinations for public transportation, get Miami to be one of the top greenest cities, THEN FIX THIS APP! The trolley is a great idea, but the functionality of this app is CRUCIAL to get more riders on the trolleys and off the road! Both the Miamigov website AND the apps "trolley tracking maps" ARE HORRIBLE (on the app its actual nonexistent). PLEASE, enable the map of the website to function without so much lag (it brings me back to the internet speeds of 1995) AND GET THE LIVE TRACKING MAP ON THE APP TO WORK! If you put more funds to the fixing of these (2) important issues then I guarantee the city of Miami (and those, its officials) will be better off because of it! Also a trump planner would certainly help!

I see this app or service has 2 1/2 stars. Amazing. How can any be so critical of a free service such a as this transportation is beyond me. We have become too programmed in associating FREE with bad service. Why do things have to be expensive to be good? Why are we extremely critical instead of being extremely appreciative? Thank you City of Miami.
