Improving this app to where its actually usable will make it easier for people to utilize more public transportation; people using public transportation like this means less traffic on the roads, less traffic on the roads means more appeal to residents and tourists, more tourists coming into the city means more money for the city, more money coming into the city means better quality of life and public services provided, better quality of life and more/better public services (more improved public transportation) means even more tourists which means even more money.
