The apps ETAs are very inconsistent and its slow to refresh, which can be misleading and frustrating. App also doesnt provide notices about route changes, which once caused me to wait 45 minutes for a trolley that never passed by the stop. The shoddy Miami Trolley tracker app, combined with a trolley service that is spotty at best, makes for a trolley service that is too unreliable to depend on for daily use.
